  • What does selling my home cost?

    I am able to offer clients a 1% listing fee.

    What does this include: 

    -Sign placement

    -Basic Photography of your home

    - Placing your home online for sale through the MLS, Realtor.com, Zillow.com and more.


    Additional services can be discussed and negotiated into the fee for an additional fee.

  • Do I have to pay a commission to buy a home?

    Recent changes in law have resulted in a change in the way a buyer's agent is paid a commission.


    Buyer's agents fees are now able to be included into the closing costs of buying your new home. 


    If you are limited on funds for closing costs, there is still a way to negotiate with the seller to pay the agent's fee that is helping you. Many times, it can be paid by the seller's proceeds. Therefore, buying a home could cost you nothing.
